Detailed rules for the market rules are located within the footer, alongside FAQs which answer all of the most common questions you may have when using Nexus Market as either a buyer or vendor. There are strict restrictions on CP, abuse material and weapons. Fent and its derivatives are also prohibited. Engaging trades outside of the market through platforms such as Telegram or Signal will also result in a ban for any parties involved, and we would certainly discourage this as it puts you at a high risk of being scammed.
The vendor can choose the escrow period for physical products, which is a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 21 days. There is no escrow period for digital goods, however a dispute can still be raised within 3 days of fulfilment. Finalize Early (FE) is also available to well established vendors. It's always worth checking the escrow conditions before placing an order so that you can ensure you are happy with these. Avoid FE if you don't trust the vendor you plan to order from as you will not have the option to dispute. However, Nexus confirms it will still investigate any failure to fulfil FE orders, but you won't be able to get a refund.
Vendors with a strong sales record from elsewhere are eligible to join Nexus Market for no bond fee.

The product search options is one area where Nexus Market falls somewhat short at the time of writing. Whilst it's possible to search by category or by simply entering in terms into the search bar, there are no advanced filters. This means you can't easily narrow down results by shipping locations, price or other factors. We hope this is something which will be addressed in a future update.

Within each listing page you will find a photo, a detailed description of the product, details about shipping options, price etc. Reviews from previous buyers of an item are also found at the bottom of each listing, helping you make an informed choice before committing to a purchase. Prices are shown in the local currency specified by the vendor, with the most popular currencies such as USD, GBP and EUR all supported.

Submitted and completed orders can be viewed in the 'Orders' area. When the vendor accepts, ships or cancels the order, it will be displayed here and you will receive a notication. Once your order has arrived, you can then mark it as received and leave feedback for the vendor. In the event of an issue, you can raise a dispute up to 3 days before the escrow expiry period. This will then be reviewed by market staff. We always recommend messaging a vendor first before disputing any order however so that the vendor has an opportunity to resolve the situation themselves.

With its modern and visually appealing interface, Nexus Market is definitely a platform that will gain the interest of buyers and vendors alike. Whilst it still feels like there are some additions and changes that could be made to improve the user experience, it feels like it will only be a matter of time until Nexus Market becomes a familiar name to darknet users.
